This includes Social Security Numbers (SSNs), tax identification numbers, employment and income records, financial account numbers, bank transactions, investment statements, and historical tax filings. Communications & Video Conferencing: When you speak with our office via telephone or participate in virtual meetings, we collect call logs, transmission metadata, and any information or voicemails you choose to leave, or audio/video feeds shared during our communications.

Tax Preparation & Core Systems: Tax returns and associated sensitive filings are processed using secure, industry-standard professional tax preparation software operating within a restricted environment.
Accounting & Invoicing: Client bookkeeping, business accounting, and our firm invoicing workflows are handled securely via enterprise cloud accounting platforms.
Firm Communications & Online Meetings: Voice communications and telephonic routing are managed securely through our protected Voice over IP (VoIP) telecommunications provider. Online consultations, video appointments, and virtual advisory sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video conferencing platform.
